How does billing work?+
It’s a subscription — choose monthly or annual, whichever suits you. Annual works out cheaper; monthly keeps it flexible. Cancel anytime.
What do I need to run it?+
A Windows 10 or 11 PC. That’s it — no separate software to install and no cloud account to sign up for. Your work stays on your PC; the app just checks your licence online now and then, and keeps working offline in between.
How many computers does one licence cover?+
One licence activates one PC. If you need it on another machine, you can buy an extra licence.
What happens when the trial ends?+
After 7 days the app asks for a licence key. Subscribe monthly or annually, paste the key in, and you’re straight back to work — nothing is lost.
I lost my key — can I get it back?+
Keep the email you got at purchase; your key is in it. If you can’t find it, get in touch and we’ll resend it.
